My shirt smells like garlic. (I prepped a slow-cooked pork roast with garlic, onion, some beef stock, chambourcin, and spices). And I love it.
On tonight’s menu is rosemary mashed potatoes, pork roast, and romaine lettuce salad with slices of cucumber.
Naturally with a glass of nice red.
Mondays always suck for me. But Monday night dinners don’t have to be.
