Cooked three side dishes for our holidays spread. Made Pioneer Woman’s chocolate truffles with sea salt, arranged ‘em in a pretty box lined with pretty wrapping tissues and topped off with pretty ribbons. And that’ll be christmukkah present for the dinner party’s hosts (every year on x-mas day we go to B’s uncle’s place for christmukkah dinner party).
Tomorrow is for baking the ham and chocolate cream pie.
And if everything goes according to my not-so-carefully laid out plan, I shouldn’t have to cook again for at least another week.
Tonight is for glasses of brandy and a Masaki Okada movie. Yay for getting drunk.
